'Before y\'all mention this in the comments, YES, I know this may not technically be considered fried rice, because it\'s not exactly fried lol -- but the overall idea with the egg cooked with the rice is something I got from fried rice so hence the quotes on \"fried\" XD. Anyway, this is one of my go-to pre or post-workout meals, something quick and simple, gets the job done with some good carbs, fats, protein, and micronutrients, and tastes pretty damn good if you ask me!
